What is nutrition?

Holistic nutrition focuses on consumption of natural, wholesome foods and the elimination of toxins from our bodies. I recommend deficiencies should be addressed through dietary sources, supplementation and other positive lifestyle changes.

Natural foods that should be a part of your diet include vegetables, whole grains, fish, fowl, and other meats, as well as fresh made juices and herbal teas. Freshly cooked and prepared meals provide more energy than previously prepared or leftover foods.  Holistic nutrition addresses digestion,  illnesses, adequacy, balance, and moderation for each individual. Most health issue stem from improper nutrition.
